PHIST

PHIST is a third-person shooter that revolves around L-PHIST01, or a lab-produced human in superpower training. After PHIST murders his creator, he must fend off the Sybarite Lab robots. There is no escape. How long can you last?

Superpowers

PHIST has multiple superpowers, although he escaped before they could be refined. 

Slow-motion: PHIST can slow down time by 75% for ten seconds.

Super-jump: PHIST can jump over three times his normal ability for ten seconds.

Laser eyes: PHIST shoots lasers out of his eyes.

Teleport: PHIST can put down a teleport pad and beam to anywhere he places a teleportation channel.

Enemies

There are three robot species that attack PHIST.

Bigbot - Deals 30 damage on punch. Has high health.

Slingbot - Deals 10 damage, shoots red lasers. Has normal health.

Speedbot - Deals 10 damage on punch. Has low health.

These robots will spawn in and try to attack PHIST.

Modes

Tutorial - There is an interactive tutorial that is narrated by a lab assistant that walks PHIST through a series of tests to validate the user knows how to properly use the superpower abilities. Once the tutorial is completed, a short cutscene appears that shows his creator & the escape.

Free mode - This mode allows the user to try and stay alive for as long as possible. There is no escape in this scenario. A timer is placed in the left-hand side of the screen.

Other information

This is a pre-alpha build that will need lots of improvements. It will take time for me to do this, as it is a side project for me. For now, it is just a game prototype.
